11/5/11 - The Bay Citizen ran an article about Proposition E, which would let the Board of Supervisors amend ballt measures they placed on the ballot after a certain period of time. Currently, no matter how minor or small the change, the issue has to go back to the voters for approval. Please join in me voting to fix our broken ballot measure system by voting yes on Prop E.
