1/15/12 - The Bay Area Reporter recently ran an article about four pieces of legislation that I had authored and were passed by Board of Supervisors. The new ordinances will regulate professional dogwalking, create a new public park, create a commission to help determine criminal sentencing guidelines, and increase the prevailing wage, with expected benefits for custodians. Now I'm working on legislation that helps clarify the rules that apply in public plazas and parks in the city.
