12/2/11 - The services provided by dogwalkers are essential for many San Franciscans who have dogs. In this month's issue of the Bay Woof, I've written an article about my legislation that would create a permit system to help regulate dogwalkers that use public parks or spaces. Most dogwalkers are highly professional and set a good example and this legislation will help rein in the few that give them a bad name.
